A call reference within 30 minutes of your call being logged. 4 Hour response time and next business day resolution.
IS YOUR SERVICE COST AN “ALL INCLUSIVE” RATE & WHAT IS EXCLUDED UNDER YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT?
Cost is all inclusive apart from Main boards which are covered through insurance policies. We also install Lightening Protectors on all devices to minimise risk through power surges etc.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNAL RENTAL FINANCE?
Yes, Flex is part of the AFC Group and has access to a strong balance sheet which allows us to finance deals internally.
HOW CAN I ENTER INTO A NEW CONTRACT IF I ALREADY HAVE AN EXISTING CONTRACT?
Our trained consultants will conduct a full audit to determine whether upgrading your current device is in your best interest. We can settle current agreements that are still within term and will help walk you through this process.

DO YOU HAVE ESCALATION ON YOUR RENTALS?
We do not believe in escalating rentals, however if this is a particular requirement we can facilitate escalations.
DO YOU PERFORM PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE?
Yes, this forms the core of the Flex Service. Our business intelligence reports hold us accountable to our promise of streamlining your business’ processes to run efficiently and cost-effectively. Our reports include critical information such as prints completed in a month versus what the machine can handle and logged calls that are either reactive, proactive or preventative.
This information is testament to our promise to always give our clients the best print solution based on their unique business needs and makes us responsible to uphold or improve our service standards.
HOW MANY TECHNICIANS DO YOU HAVE IN MY AREA?
Flex deploys technicians on an area basis, there should always be 2 technicians in your area, but if needed we can increase this number.
DO YOU KEEP STOCK?
Yes, we keep a rolling stock of hardware and parts on our premises.
CAN WE HAVE SPARE TONER ON SITE?
We do allow for spares to be kept. This will be determined by volumes and spikes in activity.
CAN FLEX CANCEL MY CURRENT CONTRACT?
Flex can assist when cancelling current agreements, provided settlement figures are accounted for.
CAN YOU SERVICE MY EXISTING MACHINES?
As long as it falls within our supported brands. We will however conduct a full inspection of the device and recommend the best way forward.
WHAT IS YOUR B-BBEE STATUS?
Flex is a proud B-BBEE level 2 contributor.
CAN YOU SELL/SERVICE INTO AFRICA?
We are open to any opportunity however we are realists thus, we would do an investigation on the viability of the opportunity based on the locations and brand.
WHERE ARE YOUR OFFICES?
Our head office is in Broadacres, Johannesburg with support centres throughout the country.
WHAT IS YOUR CONTRACT LENGTHS AND TERMS?
Our solutions are tailormade to your requirement and environment. We can facilitate month-to-month agreements all the way up to 60 month rental agreements.
HOW QUICKLY CAN WE GET A MACHINE INSTALLED?
Anything from 48 hours dependant on complexity of install and finance requirement.
DO YOU PROVIDE LOAN UNITS?
Yes. Our policy is that in the event a machine cannot be fixed onsite, a loan unit be provided at no additional charge. We have a 5 business day turnaround of machines brought into our workshop.
CAN WE SUPPORT MPS/CPC ONLY BILLING MODELS?
Another core of Flex, as a premium partner we have access to all Software products and programs to facilitate an MPS model. CPC only deals(no rental amounts) are also offered.
WHO INSURES THE MACHINES?
Flex does offers rentals including insurance. However it is at the clients discretion whether they want this set up or would like to handle the third party insurance themselves.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CONTRACT TERM?
We will contact you to discuss what your best options are based on our intelligence reports.
CAN FLEX OFFER AND SUPPORT A “HOME OFFICE” SOLUTION?
Flex has come up with a home office solution that includes; print, telecoms, a laptop, software as well as a desk and chair.
HOW SECURE ARE YOUR PRINTERS ON MY NETWORK?
Our supported brands are the most secure on the market. We offer device security, user security and document security to mitigate any risk.
CAN YOU VIEW MY PRINTER REMOTELY?
Yes, this is our preferred method of remote maintenance. The service management software we use is constantly monitored to ensure a swift and proactive service experience.
DO I HAVE TO SEND MY METER READINGS TO YOU?
Not necessary. Through our service management software we can automate the meter pull and ensure accurate and timely invoicing every month.
